We can put a check in check all populated all of these check boxes. And we also have an option here with this checkbox to create applications for imported clients. So that each client that we import. We will have at least one location and moments like this. Does the import automatically create. Those locations force. After importing accounts. From tiger We're ready to go to tools. Import contacts from tiger You could see here the list of contacts have already been synchronized between tiger on the tech. If there were any new contacts in part that we're not synchronized that we do which opened the bottom portion of the list with import of blue. Just like those accounts did. Again anyone to protect. Will be an important when click on import. After importing. Accounts and contacts. From tiger We are ready to go to tools and update assets. That is going to send. Any computers. That are linked. In this video we will discuss integrating lab tech contacts with connect contacts. In lab In the here if we have sync contacts enabled. And anytime we creating new contact it's immediately going to send that over to connect We see the plug in active there. And here's our new contact. Now what we can do here connect We can associate this contact with the company. And save it. Now for go back in the lab tech. My contact had been here under new contact. For go to tools. Import contacts. I will specify to import that one I just created. Notice how the contact is no longer listed under the general context section. But has been associated. With this client. That's associated. By external ID with. Accompanying connect talks. Contact information. Would get sent. With every update from lab tech. He male writers get sent over as well. And then the telephone information would get stored as a direct phone number for this contact. Here the phone number. Email address. In the address information. That I typed on their profile on my tech goes to the profile have. Here in current twice. And there's the address information I typed in there. Any changes made to. This contact in connect wise. Changes made to the contact in connect wants. Would get sent over. Every twelve hours as part of the background if that is enabled in contact. Or if you want them to come over immediately wouldn't go back to tools import import contacts. We will import this contact again. And we have new information. That was in Tel plus. In this video we will discuss how to blink your left tech agents to the connect West pearl. By putting a link on the tray icon and every user's machine. Here in the control center we were we will go to. And men and templates. I'm choosing to work with you workstations template here. We go to the menus step. You see here this workstations group is using the workstations template and we could say apply. Or we right click on that group. And apply that command. Right from here just like we did on the machine commands inventory. Update can All of these are ways that we can apply this change right away. If we choose not to apply this change right away. It will get applied anyways as part of the daily. Schedule. Updates to lab tech. You can see here that by default on the workstations schedule. gaining configuration schedules and definitions. And updating configuration includes updating. That template. Every day 9 AM. So we can just let this take effect. Overnight. Or we can go ahead and push it. Through one of the methods I just demonstrated. Now that we have added. To our agents. Let's take a look at how that functions on an agent enabled machine. And the contact on this ticket will be the person that team configuration associated with if not. Then He machine ID goes here in the context field and when the ticket ends up being connect twice. It's going to get associated with the primary contact for that company. Now go ahead and save us. You can see here this gives us back the ticket number. For a machine. And the contact associated with the ticket. We can you going to connect quest and search for that to right now. And here is a ticket with information associated with a consisted of that this contact. In this video we will discuss how lab tech tickets integrate with connect twice tickets. Here in the control center I'm going to go into tickets and create a new ticket. Whatever is entered in the subject line we'll get sent to the summary in the connect price ticket. Whatever gets entered here into the ticket request information we'll get entered as a detailed description. In the connect ticket. take it in the lab tech will only get sent to connect wise. If it is associated with the client. That is in connect wise. Or a computer. That is in connect For our test I'm actually going to use a client. I'm going to click on safe here. And you'll see the plug in is sending information to connect immediately. I can actually go straight to my company. In connect twice. And find mind ticket. And you can see the request information did go to the body. The subject line. Did go into the summary. In my ticket in that tech. for me to comment. Or respond to the ticket. That information we'll get sent to connect wise. Those are always going to show as detailed description entries. I can also make a time entry. In the ticket in lab tech. How the time manually here a little bit just so that it does reflect some time being spent. The time entry on the connect twice ticket. Is going to match in the member that matches the user you're logged in to In that tech I'm currently logged in as lab tech user. And connect twice. Particle we covered. Earlier in the course was to set up a member. For each user in so I have a to accuser in connect Wallace. Now I'm gonna go back to that ticket. I expect to find our ticket is on the support just for sport. And indeed it is. In the lab tech. You can choose. Connect wise ticket to instead of just connect once ticket. This allows you to have. Tickets created from that monitors. Get sent to a separate service port.
